30 minute video consultation with me. We will discuss your goals, past experience, current fitness and health levels and how best to go forward in achieving what you want to achieve.

1-1 Training

The most personal and effective service I offer, these one hour sessions will work towards your chosen goals using a programme I put together for you. Use a variety of techniques and equipment to achieve your goals, whether they be fitness, strength or skill based, and stay motivated throughout.

£60 per session / £250 for block of 5


Pairs & Small Group Training

This allows you and a partner, or a small group of up to 4 people, to train together with me. You can all work towards the same or individual goals, or a mix of the two. For larger groups of 5+ participants, please contact me for a bespoke quote.

£90 per session / £400 for block of 5


Parkour Jump Starter

For those new to parkour who want to get off on the right foot - a six week course to cover the fundamentals of parkour movement, principles, and safe, effective continued training. We will have two sessions a week with workouts given for a third session each week in your own time.

An ideal starting point for all fitness levels looking to discover something new and exciting to incorporate into their fitness routines.

£600 for 1-1 / £800 for pairs & small groups


Fitness / Parkour Booster

Similar to the Jump Starter above, but for more experienced practitioners. This six week course will provide an intense top up of either your fitness goals, parkour skill development goals, or a combination of the two as you choose. We will have two sessions a week with workouts given for a third session each week in your own time.

An ideal intensive course for those looking to take things to the next level with their training!

£600 FOR 1-1 / £800 FOR PAIRS & SMALL GROUPS


All training packages include:

  • Traditional PT / Fitness sessions, parkour skill development, or both - your choice
  • Goal setting and tracking
  • Flexible scheduling for sessions according to your schedule
  • Programming - receive workouts to do outside of our sessions in your own time for maximum results
  • Anytime access - text or email me at any time for advice, answers or motivation
